You can quickly locate where a picture is saved by right-clicking on the picture and choosing the "Locate in Explorer". This option is available in the All view and Album views. It opens the FotoAlbum explorer to the folder where that file is stored and highlights the picture.
This can be useful when you want to quickly go to the folder that a picture is saved to perform other file operations or to copy/move the file to another location.
